About Hospice of Larimer County

Hospice of Larimer County

Since 1979, Hospice of Larimer County has served our community as a local, non profit organization. We have provided physical, emotional and spiritual care to more than 6,000 terminally ill people, their families and their caregivers.

The Hospice mission is unique. We offer pain and symptom management as well as emotional and spiritual care of dying people and their families. Our goal is to promote comfort care and to enhance quality of life.

Hospice patients reside at home, at a caregiver's home, a long-term care facility, or an inpatient care center. We bring our services to the "home" to assist the family members and friends in providing care for the patient. To refer a patient, friend, or loved one for Hospice care, call us at (970) 663-3500.

Pathways is a program of Hospice of Larimer County. We have provided community grief support, education and counseling as a part of our mission since the agency started in 1979. As the need for these services has grown, along with our community, the Pathways programs and new building were developed to allow for an expansion of services.

Our Mission

Honoring every moment of life, Hospice of Larimer County provides compassionate, excellent, comprehensive care for those who have an advanced medical condition and those who are grieving.
