Gifts and Memorial Donations Gifts and memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Larimer County as a charitable donation or in memory of a loved one who has been served by our organization or on behalf of a loved one who may have been cared for by another hospice organization. Community support through donations and gifts allows Hospice of Larimer County to provide hospice care to everyone in Larimer County.

Donations can be made on-line through the link above, by phone, or by mail to the address listed below. Please note the family name of the loved one in the memo line of your check or on a separate piece of paper.
