Hospice of Larimer County Opens Windsor Office

Hospice of Larmier County has opened an office in Windsor, Colorado, a community in Weld County, to assist in better serving our mission of meeting the needs of all community members. We are honoring every moment of life, by providing specialized, compassionate care for anyone affected by an advanced medical condition, and support to those who are grieving.

We are hosting a Community Open House on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 from 4:00 pm to 6:00pm and would love to have you visit our new branch office. For more information on the open house please contact: cynthia.hays@hlchospice.org

PATHWAYS Building Open
Hospice of Larimer County (HLC) is excited to announce that the new Pathways building is complete and officially opened in October 2005. The new building, located adjacent to HLC's current facility at 305 Carpenter Road, will house the expanded Pathways: Programs for Grief and Loss. The Pathways programs will allow HLC to touch even more people in our community with additional space for counseling, support groups and education events. The new building features a dedicated space for children's programs, an art/music room, two group rooms and a large (150-person) education room named the Thomas McKee Education Room. New programs include support and counseling for people with chronic illnesses, their families and caregivers. A new, expanded Pathways Memory Garden also includes the opportunity for community members to remember their loved ones with memory bricks/stones.

While the new building is complete, the fund raising efforts are ongoing. Approximately $2.0 million of the $3.0 million goal has been raised to date. We would ask you to consider adding your support to this important community project with a contribution to the Pathways Capital Campaign today. Visit the Donate Online section of our website or contact our Fundraising and Development Manager at (970) 663-3500.

For additional information about Pathways programs, to make a contribution to the capital campaign or to come visit the new building, call (970) 663-3500.
