Hospice patients and their families are cared for by an experienced team of compassionate
professionals. Our team of care givers provide specialized care that includes
medical, emotional, spiritual and financial services. Our program includes:
On-call 24/7 nursing care Medical equipment and supplies Personal care
provided by Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs) Social Services and Counseling
Inpatient Care Medical oversight by Board-certified hospice & palliative
care physicians Volunteer Services Expressive therapies, including music
and art therapy Spiritual care through Chaplains or personal spiritual leaders

Massage therapy Community
education Medicare and Medicaid have hospice benefits that
pay for comprehensive hospice care without deductible or co-insurance. Private
health plans vary widely in their coverage. As a non-profit agency serving Larimer
County, we are committed to work in each situation to ensure our patients receive
the care they need. Our business office staff works with insurers to minimize
the time and energy the family needs to devote to money issues. After
Hours Care - 24 hours-a-day Our After Hours staff work to provide coverage
around the clock, every day of the year. They will help answer questions over
the telephone or make a visit if it is needed. When our office is not open, phone
calls will be answered by our after hours answering service.
