Places of Care

Hospice care is available in almost all settings. Our care team comes to each patient's residence - wherever that might be. Most care is provided in homes, but we also provide care in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and any place you would call "home."

Hospice of Larimer County also has the Hospice Care Center available when people require specialized care. This includes complete medical, emotional and spiritual support provided by a skilled interdisciplinary team.

The Hospice Care Center is located on the third floor of McKee Medical Center in Loveland. The five rooms reflect a homelike atmosphere and are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our patients.

Staff is available 24 hours to provide coverage around the clock, every day of the year. They will help answer questions over the telephone or make a visit if it is needed. To access our care 24 hours a day, call our main number, 970/663-3500. When the office is not open, the phones will be answered by our answering service or nurses at the Hospice Care Center.
