HLC is grateful to have many area professional
donate an hour or two of their time to our patients and families.
If you have a service that you would like to offer that is not on
this list, call us and let's explore the possibilities!
Current offerings:
Time Commitment: Each volunteer commits to approximately
2 hours per week. Days and times will vary.
How to Apply:
1. Fill out and submit the Volunteer Application
Packet. You can either email it to Volunteers@hlchospice.org or
print it out and send it to: Hospice of Larimer County Attn: Volunteer
Services 305 Carpenter Rd. Fort Collins, CO 80525
2. You will be invited to meet with the volunteer
services manager. At this meeting, we will determine if the position
is a good fit for your skills, interests and schedule.
3. You will be required to complete an OSHA and
Confidentiality self-study packet and post-quiz. Drug and background
checks are mandatory. HLC will also need current certification
and/or licensure for your field. Insurance information may also
be required.
